TERMS OF USE

General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to both Clark Crown gift cards and are subject to change at any time. The Clark Crown gift card is usable up to its balance only to purchase fuel and merchandise at participating Clark or Crown locations.

• Redeemable in participating Clark or Crown locations.
• No expiration dates. No fees.
• Not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
• Not redeemable for lottery tickets, money orders or other gift cards.
• Lost, stolen or cards used without authorization will not be replaced.
• Not a credit or debit card.
• Not valid as payment on any credit accounts.
• All terms enforced except where prohibited by law.

 

Purchasing a Clark Crown Gift Card

The card may be purchased at participating Clark or Crown locations.

Participating Locations

We recommend that you contact your location as we cannot guarantee the acceptance of your Clark Crown gift card at all locations due to each location being independently owned and operated.

Balance

Check gift card balance at any Clark or Crown location, online at go.clarkbrands.com/balance or call 1-800-987-4094. Must have the card number and PIN available. If your card does not have a PIN number, please contact Client Services for further assistance at 877-462-5275.

PIN

Your Clark Crown gift card has a Card Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) associated with it. The PIN can be found by scratching off the silver box on the back of the card. If your card does not have a PIN number, please contact Client Services for further assistance.

Reloading Your Cards

You can reload your gift card at our participating Clark or Crown locations. The maximum balance of a gift card is $250.

Unauthorized Transactions / Replacement of Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards

You are responsible for all transactions associated with your Clark Crown gift card, whether authorized or unauthorized. You are responsible for safeguarding your card.  It will not be replaced if lost, stolen or used without authorization.

Fraud

We reserve the right to refuse to accept or otherwise limit the use of any Clark Crown gift cards if we reasonably believe the use is unauthorized or unlawful.

Effective Date/Changes to Terms and Conditions

These Clark Crown Gift Card Terms and Conditions are effective upon publication on this website. You should not use your card if you object to this Agreement. Use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
